Cuba is an island in the caribean that has been ruled by fidel kastro for the last 50 years. It is a comunist dictatorship and people try to escape on rafts or boats. Many lose their lives in the attempt. There are no freedoms of any kind. Services funcion very poorly. The situation is desperate NOTE: Oh, I don't know what I am talking about ?
