8 and 9 Islands are anso known as Navel rock and the other I can't think of. What you need is to download a ticket from a special Nintendo event ot get them fairly, but the events have passed now. Now the only way is to use a cheat cartridge, but It's a good idea to go whatever way you choose.

Navel rock is home to two very powerful Pokémon. Enter the island and climb the stairs down to the bottom first. There, you will come face to face with a level 70 Lugia. There is no easy way to beat this thing, especially since it has access to Recover and has excellent defences (especially special, but physical is good as well) so it can easily take super effective hits. Lugia is a Psychic/Flying type, which gives you a few ways to weaken it. Sleep moves are a must. Spore is the best here. A Parasect can use it, and don't worry. It doesn't have any flying attacks. It will have the following moves...

Recover
Hydro Pump
Rain dance
Swift

Study those moves and you should be able to come up with a strategy. Watch out for it's ability though. Lugia has pressure, so you will run out of PP very quickly.

Once you have Lugia, climb up to the top and you will come to a clearing. By using an item finder, you can find Sacred ash, possibly the best healing item in the game. It can only be used outside of battle, but it will fully revive all of your fainted pokémon. There's only one, so don't waste it. Also up here is another devastatingly powerful Pokémon; Ho-oh.

Ho-oh is a Fire/Flying, so is more vulnerable than Lugia is. It also has slightly weaker defences, though they are still strong. Don't use a rock-type moves as this will spell doom for Ho-oh. Like Lugia, it is also at level 70. It has the following moves...

Recover
Fire blast
Sunny day
Swift

As you can see, Ho-oh has recover as well, so you will need to immobilise it. That Parasect won't be so helpful here as it will take a devastating blow if it gets hit by Fire blast. Again, it also has pressure, so you may run out of PP quickly.

On nine island (I think it called something like birth island, but I'm not completely sure) there is an incredibly unique Pokémon. Firstly, you have to solve a triangle puzzle. follow the triangle as it goes around the big triangle and examine it with a, taking the quickest route and being sure not to step out of the big triangle. Once you solve the puzzle, you will come face to face with a level 30 Deoxys.

Deoxys is incredibly unique. It's stats, moveset and appearance are different depending on the version of the game you have. However, it will only take that form and stats after you capture it. On the Leaf green version of the game, you will fight the Defence form. As the name implies, it has incredible defences and defensive based moves. It will only get these after you capture it though. Since it's much weaker than Lugia and Ho-oh, you'll need to be more careful. Use the same tactic that you did for the birds, sleep and weak moves. If you have a Pokémon with false swipe, then use that.

only 2 ways: either by cheating (buy a gameshark and hook it up) or by going to special pokemon events that happen once in a while primarily in New York City
