I would say the Motorola KRZR because it is a new phone on the market and many people are buying it so it has to have many features. Also I have a Samsung phone and it's performance is not very good.

The Samsung A-990 is a phone that is 10x better than the KRZR. First of all, the KRZR has a VGA Camera (.3 Megapixels) and the 990 has a 3.2 Megapixel camera with a cover. Also, the KRZR has a fingerprint-attracting finish. In addition, the KRZR's screen is much smaller, and also supports only 65,000 colors. The 990 supports 262,000 colors. Also, the 990 has a swivelling screen.
Overall, if you want a quality phone, go with the Samsung a990. If you want a cheap, pretty bad quality phone, go with the KRZR.
