If Linux is the only operating system installed on the computer, just install a different operating system.

If you have a dual boot system, and you are running a Windows variant, you may be having problems with the Master Boot Record always asking you which system you want to boot. You can replace the Master Boot Record with a Windows version by running the Windows fdisk program. Look up "fdisk /mbr" in Google for specific instructions.

If you've got both Linux and Windows on your PC, use the Windows utility fdisk to delete the Linux partitions. You can set up the available space as a Windows partition. This will also reset the master boot record so you don't get the grub or lilo menu any more.

Why would you want to uninstall Linux?
My advice: just let it be; if Windows ever gets damaged by a virus, you'll still have Linux to recover your data.
