Is he beeing billed as a face or a heel,, I know he is popular with alot of people, but after attacking the Referee, Im not sure what WWE are trying to do with him,,, does anyone have a clue,,,, and what future storylines are planned for him
And how is it that since he has been back,, Booker Ts Law Suite against Boogey has not been mentioned

Boogeyman is a gimmick wrestler like doink the clown or papa shongo. He will never be a contender or hold a belt unless they give him a voice and tone down the stupid stuff he does. Kane was in the same boat till they took away the stupid voice box and let him be a bit more human. I am somewhat surprised that this day and age anyone would buy into an angle like a phony lawsuit. But hey that is what makes it fun when you just kinda believe. Since you mentioned Booker T, we have to give him respect after winning the Champion of Champions match he dropped the belt to Batista, he is really a team player and a great champion(but stupid for bringing his wife into wrestling).

Boogeyman aka Marty Wright is ( for the time being) a neutral. He was fired way back in he summer for injuries, not taking medication, missing doctor's appointments and being slow at making a comeback.
Booker t was impressed enough to persuade Vince to recommend a re-hiring. that's why Boogie has just come back. He has to attend the wrestling training school that Booker & his brother Stevie Ray run in Houston Texas - 2/3 times a week, every week. this is to improve his limited skills , work on his gimmick & generally learn to perform in front of an audience. He's still way off the mark. That's why he just messes about with the worms in-ring with Kristal & Mizz. He's working as per his contract, but he's not fit to carry a match with anyone yet.
That lawsuit was just a storyline to cover up the above details. WWE are still monitoring him to see if he measures up. Book is doing his best but it's up to Marty himself to make the grade. Hope this helps!

The lawsuit was actually a restraining order and was done to explain the Boogeyman's absence. The Boogeyman was rehabing an injury to his bicep, thus the reason for his "squash match"

well there never was any lawsuit to begin with. it was just kayfabe to cover up boogeyman not being present due to an injury. and when he came back booker t was already feuding with batista. wwe does not bill him as a heel or face, he is a fan favorite and tweeder which means hes neutral like taker or kane. since he does not have a very developed character, wwe does not have any major feuds planned, and if so it will be like all the other people who have feuded with him i.e. jbl, miz, booker t.

The Boogeyman goes with the flow and the reason Booker's law suit on him hasn't been mentioned is because it was a rubbish storyline that couldn't go ahead because it was boring.

Boogey was supposed to be a heel, but everybody went nuts for him. Him attacking the ref could be an attempt to turn him heel

No seriously... the Boogieman is a fan favourite he's neither faced as good or bad... i can see that he will come and go with the storey-lines until he is more established then there might actually be some real storey-lines with him in them!!!
Mind you saying that ......... He's the Boogieman... so you NEVER can tell...

he is supposedly a face..the reason behind this is that smackdown now without lashley and rey are seriously short...they are even using kane as face..he wont be around for long..i think monty brown will be the latset face push ..in short sometimes even vince messes up ..this is one of those times
