Painted car surface will give you
a glowing finish.
Teflon coated surface will never
give you glow, but a mat finish
look.
Normally, cars do not have teflon
quoted surfaces. Some times the
mudguards' inside coating is done
with teflon coating for preventing
rusts .

Teflon is not used on a car surface. You may find a wax that has a small amount of teflon in it.

Teflon coating is use for its anti rust quality and water resistancy , it is athick ang less glowy paint. while car have glowy paint for looking and general paint quality.
