If you do not get what you want, you have to make the necesssary amendments to the available ones.
You can buy any saree and add matching two by two cloth like fall on the top portion according to your measurement only stitch it till the point , where you insert the pleets in.

longer or larger sarees?if you are slimy it is not worth to seek longer sarees.try the 'low hip' style. for larger (in breath, not longer) sarees try to make it by order from loom-weavers or specialised stores

Normal saries are only short ,but if u go for printed,art work,bandhani,sequence,tie& dye you have a vast choice of length bcz its manufactured locally,....
If u are southern- u can search near Erode ( TN )
If u are Northern - u can search near Surath,Luthiyana...

Any good saree shop will have these. Please tell them that you need a saree with a larger width. Nalli's is one place where they have these sarees.

in every saree shop they provideyou and if dont get then try a boutique/designer shop they definately have one
