Reading is a very beneficial activity that one would want to do to be able to learn new things and find out informations that otherwise would have been unfamiliar to the common mind.I myself have benefited so much from reading. One can be speaking a poor English before reading but with a vast expanse of information that can be derived from reference materials, one would be able to speak fluently. Also the regional accents that are common for a native tongue speakers can be eliminated if the speaker is a very wide reader.

A person who enjoys reading will never be bored because they will always have a multitude of ways to entertain themselves.
