My sons hair fell out sparsly at 4 months, then grew back lighter.
My daughter.. born with a TON of hair.. hers didnt fall out.. it thinned out just a little bit, but she still has a ton and its shoulder length mostly and she is only 8 months..
So it is different for everybaby.

Not to the point that it will be bald all at once, not in every child. My little girl had the fullest head of hair, and unless you were looking at her and changing her and doing all the normal daily activities, you couldnt notice it, but you can tell upon close examination that the hair was falling out, but being replaced as quick as it went by the new hair. I never had a bald baby so dont worry. If it does go bald it is still cute!

Our baby's hair fell out. It did it in sections. First the top part. She looked like she had my receding hair line lol. About the time that part started to come back, the back part fell out. There for awhile she looked like she had a cop hair cut.

Not always. My daughter was born a year ago and kept her hair. But my firstborn did lose her hair within 2 months and it grew back another color. I think it's really dependent on the baby :)
