Just the blades or the whole arm? The replacement packaging will have instruction on it for most vechicles. Check there. As well most parts stores where you buy the replacements will replace them for you. With out seeing your it would be hard to tell you how to do it.

Flip the blades over so they are facing away from the windscreen. Squeeze the plastic in the hook at the end of the wiper arm, slide away (the blade, not you that is).

I could assume that your take carry of equipment is a hydraulic setup. meaning, the pedal is actuated like a brake pedal, with brake fluid, yet has its very own equipment. examine under the hood to make certain in case you have brake fluid in that little reservior, it relatively is thru itself. could be on the brink of the brake reservior. If, it quite is low, then you definately've a sluggish leak, and it has basically presented air into the line, that's inflicting your modern-day situation. restore the leak, and then bleed the equipment sturdy(that there is not any air in the line). and you are going to be ok after that. sturdy success.
