The only way to lose fat in one portion of you body is to lose fat all over.
It is impossible to simply lose stomach fat, how many people have you seen with six-packs and two chins?

Overall diet and exercise revamping will help, but plan to lose it everywhere.

Hi I have just been through this.If you consume to much liquor, beer, cut way down.If you don't use ,Great! The rest will be easier.Cut way back on red meats.Use chicken, turkey pork, fish{all fresh}cut back on starches and carbs, but dont cut off.Don't forget your fruits and veggies.Use low sodium salt.Give up regular soda,if you have to have them ,drink them once in awhile otherwise use clear diet sodas.drink 1/2 gallon of water each day.Make sure you take a good multi vitamin each day.Weigh your
self once evey week wearing the same thing and same time, usually sometime in the a.m.Remember everything you eat during the day adds up as dead weight.Example-16 ounces of water equals one pound! If you choose to exercise that is up to you.I lost 70 pounds in 1 year and still keeping it off 1 year later.waist size was 40'' now a33'' from 260 to 190I did this with nothing other than what I have told you.No exercise.I do not know your condition nor am I a nutritionist but {I} went to one and this is what they reccomended to me to do. Coming from me this is what worked for me after many failed attempts at fad diets.Good luck at whatever you should do to make yourself healthier and feel better.

Reduce your intake of food especially in the evening. Avoid fat foods, bread and sugar and increase your intake of vegetables and definitely take up exercising.

Cut back on carbs, cut down on drinking beer, if you do. You can start exercising. You can start by walking 30 minutes a day after dinner.
