Use Solar oil on your nails and cuticles. During the winter months especially, the humidity is lower and your hands dry out more easily. They get brittle and break easily. If your nails are just really weak, you might want to consider getting Nailtiques or Nail teq, they each have 4 formulas for different nail conditions

You can purchase a Hair and Nails vitamin at Wal-Mart if you live near one. Also, Sally Hansen's Hard as Nails clear polish works the best for me.

Take more Vitamin E tablets. You're lacking of Vitamin E. Don't keep too long nails.
Gloss your nail with gloss that is rich in Vitamin E to harden nails.

I heard that if you mix Knox gel in a drink it will make your nails stronger. Of course you will have to do this over a length of time..Just read the box.

More calcium???
maybe.
Put a clear nail polish/ strengthener on them, before you polish em'.
or just go get fake ones, they look great, and you can let someone pamper you...Manicure, whatever...
