I think that people are both good and bad. No matter what sex. Although I do believe that men are more aggressive then women.
I don't understand your comparisation between 'bad' and 'weak'.
Anyway, that wasn't your question. What do you mean with 'being weak to women'? You mean straight men who are falling for the charms of women? I think that's just a matter of biology, being attracted to this other person and therefore doing anything for them.
Since you post this in the LGBT section, let me ad that a man can also make an other man feel weak, a man can make a woman feel weak, and a woman can make a woman feel weak too.
If you feel attracted to someone, it just makes you more soft and vulnerable.
