Why are those who have excited others to murder not charged with murder??

The U.N. can pass all the laws it wants. Enforcing the laws is another question.

Saddam was violating U.N. "laws." They weren't about to do anything about it.

From most standpoints the U.N. is worthless. It is not the utopian international organization propagated by delusional left-wing, global village nuts.

(America being a member of the U.N. is also unconstitutional, but that's another debate)

"Hate" crimes are a stupid idea to begin with. A crime is a crime, motivation is irrelevant. Who cares if someones who loves you murders you, you're still dead.

Geez, drop the PC speech --- 1984 came and went.
