Landslide ~ I love the original and I love both of the covers by Smashing Pumpkins and the Dixie Chicks.

If I can add a second, it would be REM covering Love is All Around ~ I had that one played at my wedding :)

Rachael Sage does a pretty spectacular cover of Anything Anywhere by Melissa Ferrick. It's actually better than the original.

The Dixie Chicks do a great cover of "Landslide" by Fleetwood Mac.

And Dar Williams and Ani DiFranco do an awesome version of "Comfortably Numb" by Pink Floyd.

Nirvana's cover of The Man Who Sold The World (originally by David Bowie I think) and Love Spit Love's cover of How Soon Is Now, originally by The Smiths.
