I presume you mean how to tell male from female?
Males have long front claws and are generally smaller than females.
Males tails are usually longer as well as they use this to mate with the female.

Red-eared sliders have red markings down each side of their ears along with yellow stripes on their bodies. These turtles are popularly kept in captivity and usually do not servive when released back into ponds or rivers.They are aggressive and threaten biodiversity in many areas by outcompeting native species, sometimes mating with them and creating unnatural hybrids.
