The Wii is very portable
I was hesitant to buy a Wii I wasn't sure about the motion sensor controls. We (my 19 year old son and I) pre ordered one picked it up on the first day and have LOVED it. The controls are GREAT Golf Bowling baseball Tennis Legend of Zelda are all a BLAST
I am 46 my 20 something son in-laws 15 year old daughter

If your referring to the PlayStation portable then the awnser to you question is simple. The Nintendo wii looks like a unique product innovative different but its a home console meaning it stays at home. The psp is portable has great games so this option rules because it goes with you. Final awnser is both maybe their not comparable psp if you want a gameboy like product if its a home console you want get a ps3 x box 360 is good but Microsoft is a bit of a monopoly.

Nintendo wii is a lot better then a PSP (i know ,i've got both of them).....but u could wait for the PS3....now that's better then both of them put together (lol).
