let r be the radius of ring and x is the price therefore initial area of ring will 3.14*r*r
now the new area is(let A)=3.14*r*r-[(3.14*r*r*15)/100]
then price of A is [x-5.7]
let m be ratio constant
therefore 3.14*r*r=m*x............(1)
and A=m*[x-5.7]...........(2)
now from (1).....x=3.14*r*r/m
substitue x in(2)
u will get the answer
r will be cancel from both side and u will get the value of x that will be the regular price.
