When I work under pressure I tend to erupt and say the things I really don't mean and hurting others. So how do I put a stop to this problem?

Me too.
I did the same and still do sometimes....
When things are not going as what I expected to, I tend to erupt with so many bad words which probably hurt others.
But I think it's normal human behavior to get upset when things not going as they expected to be.
So what I do is try to say the things I really don't mean outside. I hold on the eruption inside me until I get away from others for not offending them all. It's my thing, my problem no one deserves to be heard those things I really don't mean to say.
And I also try to calm myself by keep telling, nothing's perfect... nothing's perfect... don't be so constraint.

You say the things you really don't mean simply because you expect something in your own self picture of perfection. You value things within your own self perfection.
And when things didn't work as you expected to be... you get disappointed and because human are prided to express their disappointments, they get upset and say the things they really don't mean to hid their lack of ability to accept imperfections or in this case to accept pressures to be perfect. This is normal.
Try to accept imperfections.... nothing's perfect not only humans but also the situations, conditions, circumstances and whatsoever in your life that we can go through the whole lists .... are not perfect. Because at the of the day it's all about self-examinations and face your demons... in sort of speak.

Many ways , you choose the one that suits you :-

1. practice yoga, yoga is an ancient science of mental healing, it helps a lot and has no side affects. All you need is an instructor to teach you all.
2. Join any good meditatiion classes, meditatiion helps one to understand himself in a better way, than probaably you exercise more of self restraint.
3. well, when u feel u r loosing temper, suddenly try to count backwards from 10 to 1 or some other thing that would divert your attention.
4. You can try to hear first , and then think and plan your response.
5. Always have water when u think u r about to loose temper.

It sounds like you're building up too much stress which is being released as anger towards those around you. I would suggest trying to relieve that stress so that it doesn't reach such a critical level. There are several methods for doing this, including breathing exercises and visualisations that will help you relax and be more objective. Also, avoid stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine as they will increase your stress levels, even if they make you feel "better".

yeah don't take offense to this but

shut your mouth. Its a lot easier to not say things that hurt people's feelings if you don't open your mouth. Been there trust me.

Better to not say anything at all and at least appear intelligent, then to speak and thus remove all doubt.
