Pray! Prayer is very powerful!
Try reading "Power of a Praying Wife"by stormie omartian. God restored my marriage and can restore your relationship even if you're not married. (Or can at least guide you if this man might not be for you).God is awesome.
Going to church and fellowshipping with other believers also helped me big time.
I pray the best.

God Bless!

You need some adult time. Schedule a night in which the kids go to bed on time without fuss. Have a night cap or two to loosen the air, then talk. Remember when you talk with your partner to show affection - touch them on their arm, stroke their hair - no matter how hard the subject is. Look in their eyes and smile if it is a light hearted subject. Body language is very powerful and lets the person know you love them even if the things you need to talk about, may hurt.

Make time to be together and try to do some of the things you did when you were first dating. IE holding hands, walking, just being together. Go out for a coffee in a place where you can just talk without all of the normal distractions. Ask questions. Even after many years of marriage lots of couples find out things about their spouse they didn't know. Talk about childhood memories, growing up, when you first met. etc etc.

In my experience, the best way to start off is by talking in a neutral setting, especially if things are rocky already. Try going to a restaurant (even a fast food one) and talking there. If you've just noticed your communications are lax, but things aren't rocky, just having some time for the two of you, everyday, works well for me. With two babies in the house, we try and make time just to catch up on what's going on in our lives. The most important thing to remember is to just talk, about anything. It doesn't need to be a serious conversation.

It is hard for women to do. Your best chance is to pick a moment when he is in a good mood, and bring it up with him. Don't accuse or blame. Just tell him what you need and he is not giving to you. Be calm. Good luck, you are going to need it.
