i saw my midwife today because i had cramping and diarrhea,
and felt extremely sick. she thought it may be labor starting and wanted to monitor.
she found that i was not in labor as yet but she believes i will be very soon. (i only have a week left)
i remember having the diarrhea right before labor with my first but cant remember how long it lasted as it was over 6 years ago.
can anyone who had the diarrhea before labor tell me how soon it should go away?

It could be labor, and be with you untill you deliver, or it may just be a virus. In any case I suggest gatorade, only some though, to much can cause it to get worse. and by the sounds of it you may have your baby in your arms in just a few days!!! good luck!

hi ,
i think it is related to the pressure is on her ,so the remedy is eating the cooked beef in water and also the banana for stopping the diarrhea.
