Hey I understand you, no one wants to feel addicted to anything, whether that's sex, drugs or... country music. But all this advice about marraige sounds like a bad idea. Before you can be the man of a house (marriage) you have to be the man over yourself. Family requires a great deal of perserverance, patience, and self sacrifice.

It also seems like you've already decided that you want to get control over it, so why are people telling you whether it's right or wrong? I think you're on track here and when you have more confidence in yourself, it's gonna get better.

I think that masturbation is like any other addiction, be it drink, drugs, smoking, drinking to much coffee. Although it is harmless to your body the more you do it the more your body wants it. Try to drink plenty of lime juice, you can buy it from the supermarket. I once heard that sailors used to drink it to stop themselves from getting sexually frustrated. If that doesn't work then I suggest that you see it as a challenge of mind power and that you don't give in to the temptations.
