Well, Britian should go back to Common Law mentality its in thier Dna, they thaught America those rules. In civil law cant confront the accused have no access to a trail by jury its the judges that determine guilt not the jury in civil law. Blair taken away double jepodary, and Bush herbas Corupas I hope to perserve common law since I rather know who accusing me of something rather than guessing who is.
