Yes, I pretended to be a ticket taker in the movie theater my Mom and Dad went to every Friday night. I had been out of town for 7 mos and came home to surprise them, I knew the folks at the theater and just stood there and took tickets till my folks came in, I thought my Mother would faint! But it was really fun. I was not trying to deceive anyone and that's a bit different.

Once I stood outside a bar with my big burley guy friend and pretented to be the people checking ID at the door. We sent home several very vocally upset people who would likely have got in anyways!
One Hallowe'en I dressed up as one of those stuffed scarecrow hobo type things that people put on their front steps and sat on the front step and scared everyone by suddenly coming to life and speaking to them... but that's not quite pretending to be something I'm not.
Heh heh heh but it was fun!

A couple of seconds ago I answered a guy who was looking for a hypnotist. I pretended to hypnotize him into giving me all his money. It was fun for me, probably annoyed the heck out of him. Good thing this is anonymous. I was having a little fun.
