I always find it so hard to buy for her - even when I ask what can I get her!
Today I am going shopping and will deffently go to the following shops:

WHS
BHS
Waterstone
Argos
Superdrug
John Lewis
Does anyone know any good presents in there or ideed online?

The hugs and kisses are sweet and fluffy and c**p!
Lets face it, if it was all about the thought that counts then we would do this everyday not just once a year!
However a good gift would be some thing she can yse and think of you. how about some music. mums usualy love the music that makes you cringe so find a comulation album from hmv. there are sales on so if in doubt get a few i think is 3 for £20.
The only downside is having to listen to it in the car, lounge, kitchen, etc.....

Why not get her something to pamper herself with from Boots, a nice chill out bathing kit or something? Busy Mums always need this kind of stuff!

a big big hug and a big kiss and "your a wonderful mum" i love you and that most probably will mean more to her that if you bring back something from any of those shops but if you insist a big box of chocs tied with a ribbon is always pleasant Happy Christmas

I saw this excellent thing in J Lewis catalogue: it is a picture frame which has a slot for digital camera's memory card and then u insert your card with the photos and it displays them one by one.
it costs £169 though

get her cosmetic from boots and jews form argos and maybe a good girly book to feel a young woman again.
