depends on what you're looking for. are you reliable and going to remember to take a pill everyday at the same time? Or do you forget? If so the nuvaring you insert into your vagina, stays in 3 weeks, take out one week, then put another one in for 3 weeks, etc, etc.
look at a website that compares different affects of each bc. some have side affects but mainly they vary for each person so the best bet is to take the bc that you think would work for you and if it doesn't, try another one.

Good ole not having sex! Other then that they are pretty much all the same. I used the pill. I don't think I would use the seasonal one. I don't think it is normal or healthy for the body to not get a period! Why would God give us that then make a pill to take it away so easily. I just think in 10 years you will see people who used that have uterine cancer or something like that.
