Are you willing to work for around 20 years of your life REALLY hard, get up every time you fall very quickly, and much stronger? Are you a people's person? Do you have the ability to lead people into getting what you want done, while smiling? Can you remember the face and name of every person you have met, and how they can serve your cause?

EVERY CEO I met in my life has those characteristics and more (mind you, some of them didn't even pass high school the first time, or have a collage degree).

It is so depending on your industry. Lol, this isnt something there is a program for, its really all about skill, determination, and knowing that there is no sure path only risk.

For example, the path to a CEO in the auto industry is probably more different than similar to a CEO in the insurance industry.

First, find out what industry you want to work in.
Get a degree relavent to that industry, Admin for a managment position in anything, specialty for everything else.
Then, find a company you like.
Then, find out what makes them money. What is their big product?
When you approach for that job, know the company.

Big names of universities help, but are not required.

Get a degree in Management, slog for min 15 years successfully, & then dream of becoming a CEO.
Or else, take birth in the family of an Industrialist, & get the CEO-ship as birthday gift from Dad.
