I'm on a budget of a about $450 a month for living acomodations, and I can't find a place with a private entry, shower and bath. not even a bachelor or anything like that. Can anyone help me? any advice at all would be appreciated very much.

In literally Los Angeles City and surrounding county? Probably not going to happen. There are rent controlled units but even they are out of that range (and usually so low quality that you'd be better off spending the $450 a month to get a nicer car to sleep in).
Better bet? Look around LA, like in Glendale or East LA.

your gonna have to search the classifieds for a "room mate wanted" ad
in LA you wont be able to find a apartment or a house that cheap but chances are someon will split rent with you to drop down the price. of course the more people at the house the cheaper it is. so look for a room mate wanted add in the paper or search laundry mats and college boards

Houses and apartments are so expensive in LA I pay 1,400 a month for a 1 bedroom, even studios are like 1,000 so you are going to have to find a room mate and sometimes they even want 600 dollars or more keep looking good luck
