No, its not Huckerby, he's scored 96 and Dublin did get capped by england. I'm sure it is Kevin Campbell who scored 143 goals but no caps but he was at his peak when Graham Taylor was england manager so I'll say no more

kevin campbell, only capped at under 21 level scored around 176 goals.
