America does not win wars. It just runs when it realises that it cannot win.

Well first of all the war is won.
Sadam is ousted and the Kurds are no longer being annialated.
It's now about the demented radicals harassing the rest of the population. Its sort of like what Mexico is going through, fights and
demonstrations and the like. We are only there to get their police trained so they can handle what gets thrown at them.
Of course the media never sees it that way. They hate the President and the military they say negative things about them consistently. Most people believe everything on the network news its really sad, nobody is thinking for themselves, nobody talks to the locals in that country, nobody talks to military personal who feel they have made a difference.
Try counting on one hand any positive things said on any news report. The media has too much power over the people its almost like TASS in the Soviet Union or Hearst's yellow press.
People are just learning to accept what they are told and hate whoever they are told to hate. That is pretty bad when you look at it objectively.

Yeah, I dont support the war either. Bush invaded just because he wanted too, going against nato and all other countries. Now we have been there 4 years and it is nothing but a mess. What a msitake it was....3000 dead soldiers...over 10,000 wounded......thank you bush..... Jackass!!

no i do not support the war in Iraq. However, now that we are there, I don't see how we are to pukll out wihtout there being huge civil wars there

Saddam tortured and murdered millions of his own people, Bush stopped him. You are obviously not old enough to remember Hitler. The only thing wrong with the war is left-wing liberal network anchors like Dan Rather, oops, he got fired, wonder why.

I do not support the war at all. I am glad Saddam was taken out of power, but still yet, this whole war was based on lies and deception.
