I use it for EVERYTHING and it works great! There is a catch, though; which is that you have to be WILLING for it to work! If so, it is very effective. Good luck to you!

My mother used hynosis to quit smoking 14 yrs ago. She has NEVER had a cigarette since!!!

MY DAUGHTER HAD IT DONE TO STOP HER SMOKING,IT DID NOT WORK FOR LONG. BUT EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT,AND IT MIGHT WORK ON SOME PEOPLE BETTER THAN OTHERS.

yes and i'd say you have to be readyto give up theproblem and be willing for it work for it to work.
