I know heaps of boys called Jordan, its become a very common name in Australia in the last few years. A close friend of mine as well as 4 people I work with have sons (all are under 5yrs old) named Jordan but their middle names aren't Noah.
Thanks to Jordan the big breasted english bimbo, and the tv show 'Crossing Jordan' I tend to think of the name as being more femine. Noah Jordan sounds more like a strong, masculine name and less common too.

I know two boys named Jordan and one girl. None have the middle name Noah. It is a nice name that can work for both sexes.
If you are trying to avoid a really popular name check out www.babycenter.com or just google popular baby names to get lists.
