I'm not a women, I come in here to just have some fun.
A lot of my question are asked just for the purpose of drawing some heat.
One thing I've seen, if there is a sarcastic woman around she's will jump on your question with a sarcastic answer.
Firespide stated the questions are open to all.
I think a lot of crude sarcastic answers, (as you stated and I noticed to, coming from the women), are women who really don't have an intelligent answer give. So, they give Sharpe, pointy headed, rude, demeaning, nasty, offensive, crass and sarcastic answer.
There are women like that ya know. And they're here to!!
Technically this is their space ya know!!

I am an adult single woman. I believe I fall into the category of "proper" even though that seems a bit of an old fashioned moniker.
When you post a question on Answers, it is open for everyone to answer. Obviously, some of those people will be women, some will be sarcastic or nasty. Its all a part of the experience. If you are looking for desirable women who cater to your every whim, perhaps you need a dating service instead of Yahoo Answers.

All the single, proper ladies have been swooped up by misogynists already. ;)
Because those that are "proper ladies" are easily controlled by the status quo. "Ladies do not say such words"; "ladies do not dress like that"; "ladies do not talk back"; "ladies do not behave like that"; "it's not ladylike to sit like that".... That would be a small narrow ideal for a woman to live up to, wouldn't it?
Sooooo... like i said, "proper ladies have been swooped up by the misogynists already, because she's easy to "controll".
Although I rarely give a "smartass answer", I do not believe you have to be married woman or kiddies to give sarcastic and nasty answers. Anyone can and will. It has been done. I did ask a smartass question a few days ago though... :>
There are more guys who give nasty answers and ask nasty questions than women... Why are you singling the women out? That is my question.

The phrase "truely ladies" worries me quite a bit. You know people are individuals, and are certainly not deviating from an ideal that is "woman", except for of course your ideal, with which you could say "proper in regards to myself" or "compatible with me" or something to that extent.

ummm...You seem a little bitter. You're making a fairly sweeping generalization based on some women's responses. You already know that not EVERY woman is a rude, mean *****. Unfortunately, there are some out there.

being angry and sarcastic has nothing to do with gender or being 'proper'. maybe you shoudl take your outdated, gender roles else where with people who think like you
