She is a really good friend and I want to get her something nice. I've given her a bracelet, necklace and perfume already. At the moment, I'm on a tight budget.

best pressie my bf gave me was: he bought a bunch of roses, placed an artifical/plastic rose inbetween the roses n said ' till this rose dies, i'll love u' being artifical it wont. n it really touched my heart.

Even though you've already done jewelry, I don't think another nice pair of earrings or something to that affect would hurt. If she's girly, keep going with the accessories trend. A nice winter scarf, a trendy hat, a purse. A box of chocolates always works too. If you're on a tight budget, the smallest box of Godiva would be great.

How about a really nice framed picture of the two of you, or if you don't have a nice one of the two of you, just of you. Wrap that together with a small box of really good chocolate truffles and either a rose, silk scarf, candle, CD of some of your favorite romantic music and I think it's a lovely gift!

If she is your good friend, I am sure she will understand.
But maybe just make her a nice dinner with a glass of wine...very simple. I know that I would enjoy that!
A book she has been wanting, or CD or DVD.
