I like them both, but I prefer Janine because Christine is very unoriginal and boring. Janine is more wild, exciting, and pretty!

Christine but I am biased since that's my name. Christine is feminine and traditional and can go by nicknames...Chrissy, Christy, and Chris but Janine is either Janine, Jan or Neen (if you are reaching).

I think Christine. Janine may be associated to someone who is crude, rude, and laughs really crazily (ie. Janine in Friends). Christine sounds really nice...

I personally prefer Christine, but that is a matter of opinion. They are both female names, and it depends on the person as to how feminine they make the name.

I would say Janine...with Christine you have Chris...with Janine you have Jan....a more feminine nickname...plus its just prettier...
