crap cleaner is wonderful and I love using it for all the desktops at our work. But it has a lot of options to be very careful with if you don't know what certain files are used for.

Try searching for this: cleanmgr.exe
I get to it from -start -programs -accesories - system tools
under "disk cleanup."

FireFox you go to Tools, clear private data - then select the ones you want.

A good cleanup speeds up your computer - for the best resuls, follow the tutorial on http://www.compcentral.net/index.php?view=tutorials&sub=speed

There are many more things on that website including forum to ask questions and downloads etc.
