The right time is after you've properly put on a condom. I was a teenaged mother and believe me it's very hard. I actually did not believe I could get pregnant since I had been reckless but lo and behold, as soon as I started being responsible with birth control pills and condoms, I had a little surpise that turned into a baby boy living with me in 9 months. Unless you're mentally prepared to become a parent, don't risk it. People always say sex isn't as great with condoms. Those people just aren't wearing the best condoms. Find ultrasensitive ones or ones that are the right size for you and you can barely tell the difference. Personally, since I know sex is 60% mental, there is no difference as long as you love the person you're having sex with. There's no getting around the fact everyone masturbates. Here's a tip to get used to the idea of condoms. Wear them while you masturbate. That way you'll not feel the difference whenever you're having sex with one on. That's just brushing the surface---with HPV and Herpes being virtually everywhere, let's not take more risks than we do every day in life.

There is no "right" time. Even if you have sex with her when she has her period there is still a chance of her getting pregnant. The only thing that ensures 0% of getting pregnant is abstinence. If you can't do that, use a condom or an alternative form of contraception. Don't have sex with her without contraception at any time if you don't want her to become pregnant. Trust me, I know!

Approximately 30 seconds after putting on a condom.
Unprotected sex at any time carries the risk of pregnancy. Unless you love surprises and are ready to become a parent, use a condom or some other form of relaible birth control.

Unless it's abstinance...there isn't any 100% proof protection. Unless you actually beleive that you can't catch "cooties" that she might have...you're an idiot. She might have things she might not know about. Never jump without a 'chute. Protection isn't just on your girlfriend's head....it's your life too if you decide not to use protection. Even if the girl says she's on birthcontrol pills use a condom because "oops" happens all the time. Once again use protection of any form because she can get pregnant even if she's on her period. You never know....

With a Spermacidal Condom. There is no when , there is only how. THere is always a risk no matter when you do it. It only takes 1 little sperm. And don't forget sexually transmitted deseases. A Condom can prevent both things. Use it!

It's more of your girl friend's responbility than yours.
Usually, the 'right time' of getting a woman pregnant is when she is ovulating.
So, the 'right time' of on NOT getting a woman pregnant is when she is NOT ovulating. She should NOT have any sperm inside her during that time.

You have to be totally ready to be a dad no matter what. There is honestly no safe time --- there is always the possibility of pregnancy.
