Whenever my cousine sends greeting cards to me or my husband, instead of writing her name or signing on it, she puts the lipstick impression on the card. Why is she doing that? Is it normal to do so?

I think this should be between lovers only. But in your case, neither you or husband could be her lover but who knows....?
Don't ignore it, find it out. Or she may be a dumb, foolishly copying.

She is sending you a kiss next time write to her, say you are getting other peoples mail with lip mark so am writing to all to include their name with the mark, see what happens.

It is very normal and it is her way of sending a kiss since she isn't there to deliver it personally.

LOL!! Yea, I have seen that, when lovers exchange cards....I donno, I never gave it any thoughts or judgement, its just a private thing to do, like giivng a kiss or something...so kissing on the card, is like giving a kiss to the person to whom the card is going to. But then sending you and your husband, sounds funny. I donno, but you may want to ask her yourself casually, she is your cousin, so you could just put it lightly......let me know what she said...

she probly feels that it is a way to make it more personal i do it to make people notice it and she probly does it for the same reason if u dont like it tell her to stop
