Internationally it's a chap from Japan, still playing who has I think 69 tries to his name, can't remember his name but he just got a hat trick against Korea in the world cup qualifiers. You can find him on irb.com

Try having a look at www.irb.com . That is the International Rugby Union site. It has the current rankings of international teams. Haven't been able to find the top try scorers yet though. Will keep looking. I'm curious to know now!
