I like to win a million dollars, but that's not going to happen.

They HAVE to honor the lease until it expires. I like to see them try to evict you. Actually, you should let them evict you so you can sue the BALLS off of them.

assuming you are in USA, they can only increase your rent at the end of your lease, now if you are on a month to month at end of the month they can raise the rent

also make sure your security deposit is transferred from the old company to new

They can only do this when your lease has expired. It's the law.
