Because America and Israel are complete hypocrites and have never given two beans about the Palestinians. They mock the UN for not enforcing its rules, but at the same time they break them every day. Israel hasn't really any meaning except to cause war and havoc in the middle east.

one country against another is a war, Palestine is not a country
secondly armies fight for a military objectives, the Palestinians send bombers into pizza shops and kill civilians, they intend to cause terror hence they are terrorists
regardless of what reasons the the USA entered the war and remain there , they are trying to do good and support a government to allow normal life to resume, this is totally different to the pailitians who wish to destroy life and ruin civilisation

Terrorist-Freedom Fighter. Many times they are the same thing, it just depends on who is doing the talking. As far as the Palestinians are concerned they are fighting most of the world. They can not and will not win. At some point to improve their lives and their children's future they should stop fighting and work to improve what they have.

One person's freedom fighter has always been the other one's terrorist.
The Palestinians have the misfortune that the Israelis have exploited their status as victims of the Holocaust to the full, and that every nation in Western Europe still nourishes the bad conscience about it, especially the Germans.
I myself think that we should boycott Israel and treat them like South Africa under apartheid, until they start behaving like a civilized country instead of being a terrorist state.
I do see a shimmer of light though, with Al Jazeera coming on the European airwaves, the plight of the Palestinians has been largely ignored by our media, may be them highlighting it and bringing an other point of view across will help re-shape public opinion.

It's a propaganda label, and it's basically the only label attached by the US media. Terrorism is a tactic, used by some Palestinians. Guerillas, militants, fighters, gunmen, radicals are semantically more correct terms to refer to those who fight. But "terrorist", "terrorist", "terrorist", is all we hear in the US

Before you jump all over us in the west you need to look at how things are done in your country. You call us terrorist but then say Palestinians are peaceful and loving people?
What about the big masses of them(in the thousands) dancing when they heard innocent Americans died in the thousands?
What about the bombs they starp to their childern and have them run into innocent Isreali people to blow them up?
What about the rockets they send down the streets at innocent Isreali people?
I have more to post but I doubt you would like to read them seeing how you are bias and already have in your mind that we are bad people. And you don't consider the above acts as terrorist acts.
Just to add to the equation Japan started it and the USA finished it..... Samething with Isreal when they are attacked by Palastinians just you go and cry about the retaliation Isreal does to protect it's self. Trying to make them look like the bad guys....

Because they're not fighting for their country, they're fighting for their hatred of Jews. If they stopped shooting rockets at Israel the chances of their actually being a Palestinian nation would increase immensely. I find it hard to believe the Palestinians don't realize this, they just would rather see dead Jews than a live and prosperous Palestinian state.

We say terrorist when it is convenient. During our War of Independence, we fought in a style the British considered unfair. Instead of fighting out in the open, we shot soldiers as they marched on by, from behind trees and hedges. We fought them indirectly, as in a head on battle, we would have lost. We were freedom fighters, but to the British we were terrorists. This distinction is always the case,"one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter." It all depends on who is writing the press release as to which word is used.

"Terrorism" has a specific meaning. Islamic radicals are terrorists. They have no country in which they are based and no official army. They can only hope to have their policies enacted by using terrorism: violence against civilians to create fear.
Your logic is absurd. You cannot cite moral equivalence/relativism and then tell someone else that they are wrong.

Yes, everyone is entitled to fight for his/her country. But fighting for your country does not involve killing innocent people to scare or terrorize your opponent. It does not involve bombing a subway in London or a train in Spain to kill innocent men, women and children. It does not involve hijacking planes to crash them into buildings. It does not involve bombing a bus in Israel to kill women and children.
As far as Afghanistan is concerned, the government there was harboring and aiding a group of people who attacked my country.
As far as Iraq is concerned, I believe my country had no right to invade a country that was no threat to us.
So do you condone the killing of women and children as the right way to fight for your country?
