Where can i get the movies of CCS?

can anyone tell me where can i get the two movies of card captor sakura in english language? I can't understand japanese.
I also want to know in which country can these two dvds be found?

I found it on Amazon and you can purchase used copies much cheaper. here are the links for movie 1 it does say language english or japanese.
