I had speed camera fines, overdue WOF inspection fines, parking tickets, failure to wear seatbelt, etc. I love the country but don't know if any of that will catch up with me if I return. sidenote- sorry to the hostel in Auckland that received all my mail.

I am sure that they have some system in place to get your name on a listing of over due tickets. If they post them at the airport termails is one thing, but if you have to apply for a visa they will have your record

Best thing to do is contact their version of a lawyer and see if there is a statute of limitations. If there is a warrant out for you they will probably grab you when you go through customs.
