X+2/3X=Y how can we find the relation of 2/3X to Y??

The whole line is Y, before asterik is 2/3X and after that X
Then what is the relation of the 2/3X to thee whole line or Y
Plz help me with complete working

I am not sure to have understand what you want but as I see x

X+ 2/3 X = Y is 5/3 X =Y or if you put z = 2/3 X

than Y = 5Z/2

x+2/3x=y if i understand u correctly,
3/3 x+ 2/3x =y
so y=5/3 x and it is y= 1 2/3 x or 2/3 x= 1/y
