glenbarrington, why do you suggest Palm OS over Windows Mobile with the Treo?

Nokia N80...I has everything you can possibly want...and it's also a slide phone which is great because I seldom use the numeric keypad.

Palm Treo (with Palm OS - NOT windows) because it isn't a smartphone. It is a true handheld computer with a phone attached. You can do anything with it that you can with a lame smartphone, BUT there are literally thousands of FREE or low cost high quality programs available for it from Games, to MS Office clones, to relational data bases.

the extra 50 to 100 dollars you will spend on the device will be more than made up the first time you download a free program that would have cost you plenty for some smartphone. (IF it is even available for the smartphone)

verizon 6700 I have that one. You have the quary keyboard that sllides out the side giving you a screen that changes from vertical to horizonal. pda, internet, camera, a few games, and it has a 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 screen

my fav is a sny ericsson wallkmaen phone beacuse it holds so MUCH TUNES
