The world would still be a dangerous place, it just would not be George H.W. Bush's fault, as with most repuglicans put the blame squarely on the person whose fault this is, Bill Clinton. If nothing is accomplished in the next two years it will be better the what was done in the last 6, ten fold. Yep it will be Bill Clinton's fault for sure. Damn repuglicans, especially the guy above me that still buys into that repuglican rhetoric. Hey here is a clue, never mind I have neve met a repuglican that has a clue. I blame Bill Clinton, for the senior Bush's not practicing good birth control.

Unfortunately I think the answer is yes, for even if Dubbya was prevented from being altogether, the Neocons would still be with us, picking leaders ( Dubbya was certainly picked ) and inflluencing policy. Cheney, Rumsfeld and the rest of George H's boys are part of this kind of planning, and aside from health or age issues, show no signs of going away. And the lie they have told about how much we need to be afraid has taken hold, and is now part of our wish fulfilling foreign policy. So,even if Dubbya was the result of a premature ejaculation, and could have been prevented if G.H. had cut and run, I think we would still be in Iraq today.

Well, George H. Bush did pull out of Iraq early. That's why his son is so gung ho on staying in Iraq to try to prove to his father that winning there can be done. But like the old adage goes, one in the hand is worth two in the Bush. They just don't get it at all.
