Since the question has reared its' ugly head, of course there are aetheists and agnostics all over the world, there are probably even arabs who don't believe in Muhammed.
Why would any body believe in an entity which has caused more deaths and misery, (war, poverty, torture and segregation), than anything else in the history of this planet.
The only thing to have caused more death and destruction on Earth was something called 'The Ice Age'.

Not all Filipinos are Catholics. And there really are real Filipino atheists in the country. I didn't think that Atheists truly existed because my world revolved around people who were either Protestant or Catholic when I was in high school. But once I met different kinds of people when I went to college I realized that there surely are those who do not believe in God or any god for that matter.

There are some but only a few are really atheists. Some become atheists because of their inability to feel God or prove his existence and some become atheists because they simply want to be regarded as someone extraordinary or that they love to argue...
Actually, not many are atheists. Just many of them are blinded by wrong faith so they believe in God the wrong way.

Most of the Filipinos I've met have been church going Catholics. I believe that's mainly because they are very poor and use religion to help ease their burden. I don't understand why you say many white people are atheist and Muslims certainly aren't.

They exist.
For example, an atheist is teaching philosophy in a university in the Philippines. With that, he is sooo damn convincing that you would doubt God but...
if your faith is sooo strong. It won't change.
Also, there are agnostics in the Philippines.

i'm filipina, i'm a roman catholic and for a while i was an atheist but living in a Godless universe was too scary for words. so i'm now an agnostic some of the time, definitely believe in a universal will binding atoms causing life to constantly evolve, but i find it hard to believe in a heaven or hell.
i believe in an eternal life of sorts as my atoms and energy will still subsist even if my corporeal body dissipates.

probably. there are those who are 'catholics' just by baptism. but then again, there are some who just say they're atheists maybe because they want people to think they're different from the majority of Filipinos or something. ..and those people are losers. ha!

I know of several atheist Filipinos. They have a community in UP Diliman. If you know somebody studying in UP, ask him/her, maybe he knows them...
