that would not be too functional to wear speedos. first of all they would be too tight and need to be adjusted often. also it would deter guys (and girls in womens basketball) from diving on the floor for loose balls. sweating would be more of a problem. the best idea would be to use performance fabrics to make loose uniforms, they would wick moister to the surface so it would dry faster and very light because of the fabric itself.... i will not even get into the idea of actually looking at the sight of guys running around in speedos! nasty....
