I am 20 years old and am pretty strong. Not one of the strongest but more of like a fairly above normal strong. I was in a fight once but it wasn't a true fight. Now, whenever there is a chance that there might be a fight, I kind of lose it and act like I can't do anything about it and will fail. Even though I know there is a good chance I might win. I am just scared that I will be beaten up. What do I do to not be scared and stand up?

Well, sometimes listening to your inner voice is a good idea. It's not always good to fight, even if you think you could probably win. Some of the strongest and most powerful men in the world are the most humble.

I have 2 suggestions::
The first is that you always look for a reason not to fight. The more reasons you have not to fight, the less likely you will get into one. Also, you will be less likely to back down or lose a fight when you have no reasons left to avoid it. A person with nothing to lose is extremely dangerous in a fight because they don't hold back. There are very few reasons to actually get into a fight: self-defense because you are unable to leave or to defend someone who is in that situation themselves. Almost all fights can simply be avoided. The consequences of fighting can include injury, death, or imprisonment.... even if you were right to do it.
The 2nd suggestion is simple. If you do not want to be afraid to fight, have a good reason to fight or something worth fighting for. If it's something as simple as some jackass showing off, you are wasting your time. If that same person is threatening your life or that of another person, it doesn't take much to break the situation down by knowing where to hit them to get the most out of every strike. Take martial arts, or go to the police academy, or even the military. They will teach you the things you need to know to handle a violent situation. I hope you never have to raise a hand violently, but if you do, make it count. The consequences are dire in any case.
