Most Earthquakes on Earth occur at plate boundaries, including where plates slide past each other, spread apart, or collide. I don't think that any particular boundary on Earth has more earthquakes than others. Certainly some have more people living on or near them, therefore the hazard is greater.

At plate boundries. This is where 99% of all earthquakes will occur. Earthquakes also happen in geological "hot-spots" like Hawaii where the movement of molten rock in the earth's crust will cause more minor earthquakes. Major earthquakes are almost always at plate boundries (though big quakes occur in subduction zones and slip-faults much more than seafloor spreading areas).
